G+2 Modern Exterior SketchUp

We are currently constructing a G+2 building, and the construction work is completed up to the 2nd floor. This design project should be based on the existing built structure, and further elevation design should be developed with minimal structural changes to avoid major revisions later.

We are looking for an experienced 3D designer who can:
Design the complete exterior elevation (all 4 sides) of the building.
Work with the existing site conditions up to the 2nd floor as the base reference.
Propose a modern and practical elevation design that can be executed easily on-site.
Provide a SketchUp (.skp) file once the design is finalized.
Accommodate multiple revisions based on client feedback during the design process.
After final approval, proceed with realistic rendering of the exterior.

Key Requirements:
Full exterior design for a G+2 building
4-side elevation views (Front, Rear, Left, Right)
Use existing constructed structure as base reference
Editable 3D model file in .skp (SketchUp) format
Multiple design revisions to be considered
Final high-quality renders to be submitted after design approval
