Modern Exterior Home Rendering
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a photoreal 3D render of my house exterior in a clean, modern style to confirm massing, materials, and lighting before construction moves forward. Once you have my DWG plans and site photos, please create a fully textured model and produce high-resolution stills that feel true to life—daytime and, if possible, an evening scene that shows how the façade lighting will read.
Materials and colours are still open for discussion, so feel free to suggest combinations—glass, concrete, steel, or other contemporary finishes—that complement a modern aesthetic and suit a coastal climate. Two alternate material/colour variations would help me compare options side by side.
Deliverables
• Fully textured 3D model in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or a comparable format
• At least three 4K renders (front elevation, rear elevation, and a 45-degree perspective); include a night view if time allows
• Source files so I can request light revisions later
Experience with tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar real-time render engines is ideal, as I expect realistic reflections, shadows, and landscaping context. Once you receive the files, a one-week turnaround works on my end, with quick feedback cycles to keep revisions minimal and efficient.
