Modern Exterior Home Render

I’m finalising the concept for a modern residential building and now need clear, photo-realistic exterior visualisation to communicate the design to my clients and planning officials.

Scope
• Produce a fully textured 3D model of the house exterior (modern style).
• Deliver at least two daylight renders and one dusk or night-lit view that highlight materiality, landscaping and overall massing.
• Supply the native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) plus high-resolution PNG/JPEG stills suitable for print and web.

Reference drawings, basic floor plans, and material palettes will be provided as soon as the project starts. I’m open to your preferred toolset—V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, Enscape, Corona, etc.—as long as the final images look crisp and realistic.

Please include:
• A brief note on your workflow and typical turnaround for one round of feedback.
• Portfolio links showing modern residential exteriors.

I’m aiming for efficient collaboration and quick iteration, so good communication and an eye for contemporary detailing are essential.
