Modern Duplex 3D Design Plan

I’m ready to move from ideas to visuals for a modern-style duplex and need your help turning my rough sketches into a polished, build-ready package. The project covers both units, inside and out, presented in fully textured 3D so I can walk contractors and future buyers through every space before we break ground.

Here’s what I must see in the final concept:
• Contemporary exterior that captures a clean, modern look across the entire duplex
• Logical floor plans for each unit, clearly labeling a guest bedroom and a dedicated laundry room in their optimal locations
• High-resolution 3D renders (day and night), plus a navigable model created in Revit, SketchUp, Blender or a comparable tool
• Dimensioned drawings and PDF sheets that a local architect or builder can reference without extra redrafting
• Source files so I can commission minor tweaks later without starting from scratch
