I’m getting ready to design a modern-style duplex and I need clear idea drawings that capture both the exterior look and the internal flow of each unit. Each side will mirror the other, housing three bedrooms, a dedicated living room, and a separate dining area; no home office is needed at this stage.
The goal is to see how these spaces can be laid out efficiently on a typical suburban lot while preserving a sleek, contemporary façade. I’d like to explore options for natural light, logical circulation between common areas, and an exterior treatment that feels fresh without blowing up construction costs.
Please provide:
• Concept-level floor plans for both levels, scaled and dimensioned enough for a builder to discuss feasibility.
