i need a photoreal 3D presentation of my future home. The look I want is unmistakably modern—clean lines, sharp geometry and a contemporary, minimalist vibe that still feels high-end.
Concrete will be the dominant exterior material, so the texture, tone and detailing of the façades need to feel authentic and premium rather than cold or flat. I’d also like the render to highlight three key architectural features: a generous balcony, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the interior with light, and a sleek flat roof that keeps the overall silhouette crisp.
What I need from you:
• A fully modelled exterior in 3D with true-to-scale proportions
• High-resolution, photorealistic renders from at least three compelling vantage points (street view, aerial angle, and a close-up hero shot)
• Native project files plus exported formats ready for presentation (PNG/JPEG)
