I need a fresh, modern carpet pattern that will suit high-traffic commercial interiors such as hotel lobbies and corporate offices. The piece must feel contemporary yet durable enough in concept to translate well to large-scale production.

Here is what I already know:
• Style direction: strictly modern—no traditional or heritage motifs.
• End use: commercial spaces, so the pattern should hide wear, clean easily in appearance, and repeat seamlessly.

Where I’m flexible:
I haven’t settled on whether the modern look leans geometric, minimalist, or driven by bold colour blocks. I’m open to your creative proposal and will decide once I review your initial concepts.

What I expect as deliverables:
1. Three distinct design concepts presented as high-resolution mock-ups on room scenes.
2. A production-ready file for the chosen concept (vector or layered PSD) with repeat size, colour references, and weave/tufting notes.
3. A concise spec sheet that a mill can follow without guesswork.

Preferred tools are Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, but feel free to use any professional software as long as the final files import smoothly into those environments.
