Modern Clinic 2D/3D Design

I have just secured a 1,200 sq ft unit that will become a combined physiotherapy and skin-aesthetics clinic, and I need a full 2D and 3D design package that makes an immediate, visually engaging statement. The priority is aesthetic appeal: a modern, minimalist look with clean lines, neutral tones and thoughtful lighting that communicates calm professionalism the moment a client walks in.

Scope
• 2D floor plan that resolves traffic flow while carving out a polished reception area and well-proportioned treatment rooms.
• High-resolution 3D renders—still images and, if practical, a short walkthrough—to showcase ambience, finishes and furniture layout.
• Compact material & finishes board that I can hand directly to contractors.
• Source files: DWG or Revit for plans, and SketchUp, 3ds Max or equivalent for visuals.

Acceptance criteria
• Reception desk, seating and small retail display clearly depicted in plan and renders.
• Each treatment room must fit a standard physio bed with 900 mm working clearance on three sides.
• Concealed LED strip lighting in ceilings under 3 m; acoustic treatment above 3 m.
• Palette limited to four tones—predominantly white, warm grey and one accent hue.
• Final package delivered in PDF plus editable originals.
