Modern Chair & Table 3D Models

I have a set of modern chairs and tables that I need translated into clean, accurate 3D geometry compatible with SketchUp. You will receive my reference photos up-front so you can match proportions, materials, and overall styling precisely.

The job is straightforward: model each piece so that it imports smoothly into SketchUp without broken normals, stray faces, or bloated polygon counts. Native .skp files are preferred, but I’m fine with a well-organized export (OBJ, FBX, or DWG) as long as you also include a final SketchUp version ready for immediate placement in scenes.

Acceptable deliverable:
• One SketchUp-ready file per item, correctly scaled in millimetres
• Materials applied using basic, named textures to keep file sizes manageable
• A quick viewport screenshot of each model for visual confirmation
