Modern Chair 3D Modeling

I need a skilled 3D artist to turn my set of reference images into a clean, realistic model of a modern chair. The final deliverable must be supplied in OBJ format and arrive within the next four weeks.

Scope and expectations
• Model every visible detail from the photos, including subtle curves, seams, and any hardware.
• Keep topology clean and subdivision-ready; quads preferred.
• Provide properly unwrapped UVs and a basic PBR material setup so I can drop the model straight into my render pipeline.
• Organize the scene logically (separate meshes for frame, cushions, accessories, etc.) and name everything clearly.
• Include a quick viewport or clay render so I can verify proportions before final hand-off.
