Modern 3-Bedroom Home Plans

I'm looking for detailed architectural plans for a modern-style, single-family home with 3 bedrooms with a game room that will fit a pool table and ski ball table. Im uploading original plans, but we want to put bonus room on first floor. There is an existing pool in place, so depth is a concern behind original kitchen and dinning.
