I’m preparing to break ground on a brand-new, modern-style home and I need a clear, build-ready floor plan to guide the entire project. The design must suit a 2–3 bedroom layout, balancing open, contemporary living spaces with practical room sizes and smooth circulation throughout the house.

Here’s what I expect from the final package:
• Scaled floor plan in PDF and editable CAD format (DWG or similar)
• Room dimensions, wall thicknesses, door and window placements, and basic furniture blocks for spatial context
• A concise legend with materials and symbols used

If you typically include a simple 3D massing or a few render snapshots to illustrate flow and natural light, that would be a welcome bonus, though not mandatory.
