Modern 3-Bedroom CAD Layout

I’m preparing a presentation and need a clear, professional-looking floor plan created in AutoCAD. The concept is a modern single-storey home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, where the master suite sits apart from the other two bedrooms. I’d like an open-plan kitchen and living room that feels spacious, plus a shaded carport attached to the house and a dedicated BBQ pit outside.

Exact dimensions aren’t necessary; what matters is that every room looks believable in scale and flow. I simply need a clean .dwg file (and a PDF export so I can review it without CAD software) that shows:

• Overall layout with realistic room sizes
• Positioning of the attached carport and BBQ area
• Basic annotations identifying each space (kitchen, master bath, etc.)

No structural details or construction documents—just a presentable, modern-style floor plan I can drop into my slide deck.
