Modern Bathroom Redesign Using Existing Footprint

Re-Design the layout of the hall bathroom that will use the current bathroom footprint. The existing bathroom is from 1960’s I would like the plumbing to stay mostly the same. I will take existing closets in the space and remove them to create a more open bathroom.
- new flooring, toilet, tub, vanity, fixtures etc.
There is a pocket door that separates the tub/shower and toilet area from the rest of the bathroom. I would like this to remain as is with replacing the toilet, tub/shower, fixtures etc. i want the small vanity in this area removed completely. In the main bathroom area, The vanity will remain in the same space and be replaced. The closet will remain. I live in Mercer County NJ
