I’m renovating a small bathroom and want to convert it into a clean, modern bathroom that seamlessly accommodates a washer-dryer (or an all-in-one combo). The goal is a compact, fully integrated layout—no separate laundry nook—where every millimetre is used efficiently without sacrificing style.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A space-efficient floor plan that shows exactly where the washer-dryer fits alongside the shower/tub, vanity, and storage.
• Photorealistic 3D renders to confirm proportions, modern finishes, and lighting.
• A concise materials and fixture list (tiles, fittings, cabinetry, appliance model) that matches the visuals.
• Source files in SweetHome3D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Revit so I can pass them straight to my contractor.
Accuracy in measurements matters; the room is tight, so door swings, plumbing points, and ventilation for the machine must be resolved in the drawings. If you have clever ideas for built-in cabinetry, sliding panels, or tuck-away shelving, feel free to include them.
Once I approve the concept, a final set of annotated plans and high-resolution renders will complete the job.
