Modern Basement Redesign & 3D Rendering
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to turn my unfinished basement into a cohesive, modern living space that feels bright, open and purposeful. The brief is straightforward:
• Remove the large interior wall so the entire footprint can be reimagined without barriers.
• Carve out four distinct zones: a minimalist bedroom with clean lines, a compact yet ergonomic office nook, a tucked-away laundry room, and an inviting common area.
• Maximize natural lighting through thoughtful layout, glazing, and reflective finishes so the space feels airy even below grade.
Deliverables I need from you
1. Updated floor plan with clear dimensions.
2. Detailed elevations and material notes.
3. A fully editable 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar).
4. Photorealistic renders—at least four angles showing daytime and artificial lighting scenarios.
Acceptance criteria
• Drawings must align with the measurements I supply.
• Bedroom reflects a minimalist aesthetic; no visual clutter, integrated storage only where essential.
• Office corner fits a desk, shelving, and cable management while maintaining clean sight-lines.
• Laundry area is functional yet visually discreet.
• Natural-light strategy is evident and convincing in the renders.
I’ll provide the current layout, photos, and any structural notes once we start. Please outline your revision policy and timeline in your proposal, and include samples of similar basement redesigns you’ve completed.
