Modern Architectural 3D Model

I need a detailed 3D model of a modern-style building purely for visualization purposes—no plans to 3D-print or animate it later. The final model will be used in client presentations and marketing images, so clean geometry, realistic materials, and convincing lighting are essential.

My concept sketches and reference photos are ready; you’ll translate them into a polished scene that looks great from multiple camera angles. I’m flexible on the software—Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, or any other industry-standard tool is fine as long as you can supply the native file plus universal exports (FBX or OBJ) and a set of high-resolution still renders.

Deliverables
• Native project file with well-organized layers/groups
• FBX or OBJ export
• 4–6 high-res renderings (minimum 4K) showing key perspectives—front, rear, aerial, and an interior lobby view
• All textures and external assets neatly packaged

Acceptance criteria
• Modern architectural language accurately reflected (clean lines, large glass panels, minimalistic detailing)
• No visible geometry errors or flipped normals when inspected in a fresh viewport
• Materials mapped correctly and HDRI or equivalent lighting setup included
• Renders free of watermark and suitable for client-facing decks
