Modern Apartments VR Interior Design

I have a newly constructed residential building with three identical apartments. Each unit needs a cohesive, modern interior scheme that can be experienced both through high-quality still renders and an immersive VR walkthrough.

The floor plans are already fixed; what I’m after is a full spatial concept—layout optimization, color palette, furniture, lighting, materials, and décor—translated into 3D so potential buyers can virtually step inside and explore every corner.

Deliverables
• Photorealistic renders for living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms (all three apartments share the same model)
• A VR experience compatible with Oculus/Meta or a WebVR link, allowing navigation from room to room
• Source files (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit plus the chosen VR engine such as Twinmotion, Enscape, or Unreal) for any future tweaks

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent modern style throughout, matching finishes and furnishings across the three units
• Smooth, lag-free VR walkthrough with proper lighting baked in
• Final assets delivered in agreed file formats and resolutions
