Modern 50m² Apartment 3D Plan

I’m ready to transform my 50 m² apartment into a sleek, modern space and need a complete floor plan plus a realistic 3D design to guide the renovation.

Scope
• Floor plan must cover the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
• I want an open-concept layout that visually connects these three areas while still making the best use of every square metre.
• Built-ins and smart tech are optional; the main priority is a clean modern aesthetic with clever circulation.

Deliverables
1. Scaled floor plan (DWG and PDF).
2. 3D model (SketchUp, Revit or similar) and 3–4 high-resolution renders that clearly show materials, lighting and furniture placement.
3. Short notes explaining key design moves and recommended finishes.

Acceptance Criteria
• Accurate room dimensions and wall thicknesses.
• Open-concept flow between kitchen, living and bedroom clearly illustrated.
• Lighting and furniture proportions read naturally in the renders.
• All files are editable so my contractor can adjust if needed.

I’m comfortable reviewing in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max or Revit—use whichever suits your workflow, as long as I receive the file exports noted above. Turnaround within two weeks would be ideal, but let me know if you need slightly longer.
