Modern Apartment 3D Interior Design

My new flat needs a cohesive, modern interior concept and I would like to see it fully visualised before committing to furniture or finishes. I’m looking for detailed 3D designs of the living room, bedroom and kitchen, all tied together with calm neutral tones—think warm greys, off-whites and muted earth accents rather than bright pops of colour.

I will share the floor plan, measurements and a few reference photos as soon as the project starts. From there, I’d like you to build realistic models, apply appropriate materials and lighting, and present visuals that make it easy for me to picture the completed space. Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp with V-Ray or Corona are all acceptable, so feel free to work in whichever tool gives you the best photorealistic results.

Deliverables I need to sign off on:
• 2–3 high-resolution still renders for each room, covering key angles
• A short walkthrough video or 360-degree panorama per room for spatial feel
• Native project files and textures so I can tweak elements later if needed
