Modern Apartment 2D/3D Design

I’ve just taken possession of a blank-canvas apartment and I want every space to speak the same fresh, modern language. I need complete interior design support—both 2D layouts and fully textured 3D visuals—for the entire home, not just a single room.

Style & mood
• Style: distinctly modern, clean lines, thoughtful detailing
• Palette: bright, vibrant colours used confidently yet tastefully across the rooms to keep the space energetic rather than overwhelming

Scope of work
You’ll handle the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, corridors—every corner. Starting from accurate 2D floor plans that show partitions, furniture placement and circulation, move on to immersive 3D renders that make each design decision crystal clear.

Deliverables
• Scaled 2D floor plans with furniture layouts
• Photorealistic 3D renders for every room (day-lighted as a minimum)
• Source files (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG outputs
• A concise material & colour legend so I can replicate finishes during execution
• One round of revisions once the first draft is reviewed

Acceptance
Designs must reflect the modern style and vibrant palette, maintain functional flow, and be delivered in the file formats listed above.
