Modern ACP Facade Design

I’m upgrading the street-side presence of my gift shop in Salem and need a complete ACP front-elevation concept that feels unmistakably modern. The brief is straightforward:

• Overall look: clean, contemporary lines that instantly signal “fresh and trendy.”
• Must-haves: a dedicated, well-proportioned signage band for the store name, integrated lighting fixtures that make the façade pop after sunset, and subtle textured patterns worked into the panel layout for extra depth.
• Colours: I’m flexible—surprise me with a palette that flatters neighbouring storefronts while still standing out.

What I expect from you: initial mood boards, 3D visualisations, and final working drawings (DWG + PDF) showing panel sizes, fixing details, and lighting positions so my local fabricator can install without guesswork. A brief note on compliance with Salem municipal guidelines will complete the package. Two rounds of revisions are included so we can fine-tune proportions and finishes. If you typically model in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, that’s perfect—just share native files alongside exports.
