3D Models for E-Bike Frame Guards

I’m looking for an experienced 3D designer who can create highly accurate 3D models (STEP and STL files) for three different frame guard sets for electric bikes.

I will ship you all three physical frame guard sets, so you can take exact measurements and ensure each design is modeled perfectly to fit the real pieces.

The final deliverables need to be manufacturing-ready files — accurate and clean enough for my manufacturer to use directly to make silicone molds.

Requirements:

Experience in product design or 3D modeling for manufacturing

Ability to create precise and dimensionally accurate STEP + STL files

Experience with injection or silicone mold design is a plus

Must be able to receive the samples, take measurements, and ship them back when finished

Deliverables:

3 complete frame guard 3D models (1 per bike)

Provided in both STEP and STL formats

Dimensions matching the shipped samples exactly

Budget: Flexible depending on experience and turnaround time
Timeline: Preferably within <1 weeks after receiving the samples.
