3D Modeling of Residential Interior Concept

I need an architectural 3D designer to model a residential interior concept, focusing mainly on an oval staircase connecting the basement to the second floor.

The staircase is the most important part and must be modeled in detail, including:
Stair shape and proportions
Steps/treads/risers
Handrail/railing
Stair thickness and side profile
Clear connection between the stair and each floor slab

I also need to visualize three ceiling domes on the top floor:
Dome above the reception
Dome above the diwaniya
Dome above the staircase

For the dome above the staircase, I need to compare two options:
Oval dome
Round/circular dome

I already have the design direction and pattern, so the designer will need to apply them clearly. I do not need high-end realistic rendering at this stage, but I do need detailed modeling and simple clean visuals so I can understand the proportions, staircase, dome shape, and pattern.

Deliverables required:
Detailed 3D model
Simple renders/views from key angles

Files in 3ds Max / Rhino / Revit format, plus images or PDF views

Deadline:
This is urgent. The work must be submitted by Tuesday.

Important:
