3D Model for Survey Device Top

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a top piece for a Customer Satisfaction Survey device. The base of the device is already completed, and I can provide the model for reference. The top must fit the base precisely as per the original design, and the entire model will be 3D printed.

Key Requirements:
- Design a top piece that fits the existing base model.
- The top should have a smooth surface.
- Create a separate spring-loaded button mechanism that can be printed independently and attached later.
- Provide the final model in STL and OBJ format.
- I will supply all necessary dimensions and can assist with any adjustments needed for the base.
