3D Model Slicing Fix

I'm seeking help to resolve slicing errors in Bambu Studio for a 3D printed prototype. My design is dimensionally correct but encounters issues like G-code path conflicts and positive objects being cut off by negative space.

Requirements:
- Merge the entire piece into one object, including negative parts with positive parts protruding through.
