3D Model - Modular Watch

I'm trying to build a 3D product configurator for a watch, where parts of the watch will be able to be swapped out for different variants, both in terms of the mesh itself or just the material.

The watch in question is a seiko SRPD55 https://www.seikowatches.com/us-en/products/5sports/srpd55, which is a watch that is commonly modded by hobbyists. That's the target audience.

So basically, I need a model of that watch that is modular enough to be able to swap in parts for the configurator. If you go to https://www.namokimods.com/ you can see the different parts that are configurable. The parts that I need to be configurable are:

The movement (watch internals) do not have to be modeled.

The modeling should be done in a med-poly fashion, since this is going to be part of a webgl app, performance is pretty important.
