Mixed-Use Building Plumbing Design in Revit
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a single building that combines commercial space on the lower floors with residential units above, and I need the complete plumbing package modeled natively in Autodesk Revit. The scope covers only the water-supply and sanitary-drainage systems; fire protection is handled separately.
All work must observe the International Plumbing Code, and I will give you a short document outlining a handful of local amendments that ride on top of the IPC. These are minor but must be respected, so please be comfortable reconciling both.
Here’s what I expect back:
• A clean, fully coordinated Revit model (.rvt) showing every pipe, fitting, fixture, and equipment item for the water-supply and sanitary-drainage networks.
• Sheets ready for permitting that include plans, riser diagrams, and annotated legends.
• Fixture and pipe schedules generated directly from the model.
• A short PDF explaining any code assumptions, diversity factors, or demand calculations you used.
