I’m putting together a compact cyberdeck and need a clean, minimalist enclosure designed specifically for plastic fabrication. The aesthetic I have in mind is smooth, understated, and free of visual clutter—sharp edges only where function demands them, with generous radius fillets elsewhere so the shell feels as seamless as possible.

The case will house a mainboard roughly the size of a small laptop, a Raspberry Pi, and a slim battery pack. I’ll provide the exact board outline, port locations, and cooling requirements as soon as we kick off; your task is to wrap that hardware in a practical shell that can be produced on an FDM printer now and, if all goes well, adapted for injection moulding later.

Key points I need you to hit
• Plastic-friendly wall thicknesses, ribs, and snap-fit or screw-boss closures
• Ventilation slots and port cut-outs positioned to match the drawings I’ll supply
• External footprint kept as thin and light as possible while still protecting the internals
• Minimalist exterior—no aggressive fins or retro styling cues, just a recessed logo area at most

Deliverables
• Fully parametric 3D model (Fusion 360 preferred, but STEP + STL are fine)
• Exploded assembly render that shows how it all fits together
• 2-D dimensioned drawing for quick reference

Acceptance criteria: the model must print on a 220 × 220 mm bed without exotic supports, all cut-outs align within ±0.5 mm of the hardware specs, and the lid can be opened/closed at least ten times without visible stress marks in PLA.
