Minimalist Facade & Landscape 3D Design
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I’ve just completed a new build in Melbourne and now need the front exterior resolved so it feels intentionally minimalist yet warm and welcoming from the street. The block slopes toward the road, which means the design has to work seamlessly with existing levels, new retaining walls and the proposed driveway.
What matters most to me:
• The overall landscaping must read as one cohesive, visually striking composition purely aesthetic appeal is my top priority.
• The driveway should melt into the surrounding planting and hardscape rather than look tacked on.
• Every element has to be practical and build-ready; contractors here are quick to query anything that can’t be priced or built easily.
To make decisions with confidence I’ll need the following deliverables:
– 2–3 concept options shown as realistic 3D renders (day and dusk lighting).
– Scaled layout / construction plans with spot levels and key dimensions so trades can quote.
– Simple material schedule listing concrete finishes, paver selections, sleeper specs, planting palette, lighting fixtures, etc.
– A short written rationale explaining how the design negotiates the slope and complies with local standards.
Experience with sloping blocks and retaining solutions will be a huge plus. Please share a portfolio link that highlights comparable façade or landscape projects and let me know roughly how long you’d need from kickoff to final files. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
