I am seeking a professional bathroom designer to create both 2D layout plans and 3D visual renderings for a modern-style bathroom renovation. The design should incorporate high-end fixtures and a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

Design Requirements:

Style: Modern, sleek, and minimal

Fixtures:

Wall-mounted bidet

Wall-mounted toilet

Wall-mounted sink with a drawer

Full-size steel bath (inset)

Wall-mounted mirror with cabinet

All fittings by Hansgrohe

Materials: Porcelain or stone tiles, matte or gloss finishes, concealed cisterns

Lighting: Recessed ceiling lights, LED mirror lighting, optional ambient floor lighting

Storage: Integrated vanity, recessed shelving, optional mirrored cabinets

Deliverables:

2D floor plan with accurate measurements and layout

3D photorealistic renders from multiple angles

Material and finish suggestions

Source files (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
