3D Miniature Scene Creation

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a 3D real estate view using the three.js framework. I will provide the skybox.

Requirements:
- Design miniature humans, cars, and trees with medium-level detail
- Implement animations for walking/driving
- Create a configurable admin dashboard with features to:
- Control movement
- Adjust animation speed
- Change positions of objects
