Miniature 3D Model from Character Drawing

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a printable miniature based on my character drawing.

Requirements:
- Medium detail with some features simplified
- Provide the final model in STL format
- Simple standing pose as per the drawing
- Scale of less than 30mm/1in
- Simple circular base

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience in creating 3D printable files
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret drawings accurately
- Prior work on similar projects would be a plus
