MicroStation Maintenance Model Build

I need a fully detailed plant model built natively in MicroStation with Smart Solids so it can serve as our master reference during ongoing maintenance. Every component larger than 25 mm—including the bolts on flange connections, structural joints, platforms, and primary or secondary steel—has to appear in the geometry.

Scope
The file has to cover:
• Piping with all valves, instrumentation, flanges, and insulation
• Cable trays
• Technical platforms
• Pipe and tray supports
• Main steel structures

Requirements
• Model in MicroStation only, using Smart Solids
• Follow recognized industry standards for naming, layering, and object properties
• Deliver a single clash-free DGN file ready for our internal review
•.DGN format 3D model in Bentley Software.

• 1st phase is 2500 meters.
•2nd phase is approx 10000 meters.
