Metal Single-Family House Blueprint

I’m planning a single-family metal house for full-time residential living and need a clear, build-ready starting point. Within my current budget I’m looking for:

• A basic architectural layout: floor plan, key elevations, and overall dimensions suitable for a metal-frame structure.
• Simple structural notes that show how the metal framing ties into the slab/foundation.
• A concise material list highlighting primary steel members, insulation, roofing, and cladding.
• One or two low-detail 3D views to help visualise massing and room flow.

Please follow standard residential codes for my region and keep drawings in a format I can hand directly to a local engineer or contractor (PDF + original CAD). If you’ve designed metal homes before, especially single-family projects, I’d love to see a sample.
