Mechanical Product CAD Design (STEP + Manufacturing Drawings)

I am developing a new **manual handling product** and require an experienced mechanical/CAD designer to assist with detailed design and manufacturing drawings.

**Scope of Work:**

* 3D CAD model development
* STEP file for manufacturing
* 2D technical drawings (PDF)
* Assembly drawings / exploded view

**Product Overview (High-Level):**

The product is a **mechanical handling device** consisting of:

* Fabricated metal frame (aluminium/steel)
* Wheel-based mobility system
* Simple mechanical lifting mechanism
* Designed to handle loads up to approx. 150kg

**Key Requirements:**

* Design must be **robust and suitable for trade/industrial use**
* Must be **simple to manufacture** (laser cutting, bending, basic fabrication)
* Avoid complex machining where possible
* Consider strength, stability, and usability

* Clean, practical CAD design (not conceptual only)
* Manufacturing-ready drawings
* Input on improving:

* Strength
* Simplicity
* Cost efficiency

**Deliverables:**

* STEP file (.step / .stp)
* Native CAD file (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 preferred)
* PDF drawings
* Assembly drawings
