We are looking for a skilled Product Designer / Mechanical 3D Designer to help develop a premium kinetic flower decor product inspired by complex mechanical flower mechanisms.

This is not just a static model. The project involves:

* Moving mechanical parts
* Gear systems
* Rotational mechanisms
* Axles and bearing integration
* Print-ready assemblies
* Functional motion design
* 3D printing optimization

The final product should be designed specifically for FDM 3D printing and should be visually premium while maintaining smooth mechanical functionality.

We will provide:

* Inspiration references
* Exact videos showing the expected mechanism and movement
* Visual direction for the final product
* References for functionality and aesthetics

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

* Designing the complete mechanical flower assembly
* Developing functional gear and motion systems
* Creating printable and optimized 3D parts
* Designing synchronized petal movement
* Ensuring assembly feasibility
* Creating production-ready STL/STEP files
* Supporting iteration and refinement if required

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

* Mechanical product design
* Kinetic mechanisms
* Functional 3D printed assemblies
* Gear systems and tolerances
* Rhino / Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / Blender
* Print-ready CAD optimization
* Prototype-oriented design workflows
