3D Mechanical Design – Scroll Saw Prototype (Autodesk Inventor 2026)

I need a complete 3D model of a scroll-saw mechanism built exclusively in Autodesk Inventor 2026. The goal is a fully working assembly that shows the classic reciprocating blade motion, so every joint, link and slot must behave correctly when the model is driven.
Level of detail
I am after a function-first approach: keep geometry lean wherever possible yet make sure motion, clearances and part interfaces are spot-on. Surfaces can be left with the standard steel appearance; no custom render materials are required.
What I will supply
You will receive a set of photos and short video clips of the actual saw to guide proportions, stroke length and overall layout. No formal drawings are available, so you may need to reverse-engineer dimensions from the visuals.
Required deliverables
• One master assembly file (.iam) showing smooth, constraint-driven blade movement
• All constituent part files (.ipt) created in millimetres, clearly named and organised
• Constraints and joints fully parametric so I can tweak throw or speed without breaking the model
Acceptance check
If I can open the IAM in Inventor 2026, drag the crank or activate the drive constraint and watch the blade travel up-and-down cleanly without conflicts, the task is complete.
