3ds Max & SketchUp Designers
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I run a modern-style residential interior studio in India and our workload now demands a dependable pool of 3D talent we can call on week after week. On each project I typically need three things from you:
• A clean, organised 3D model built in either 3ds Max or SketchUp (your choice, but keep the file size manageable).
• High-quality still renders suitable for client approval and brochure use.
• A clear floor-plan layout exported as PDF/DWG along with the native file.
Turnaround is usually 3–5 days for a standard apartment or villa segment, and we’ll scale up from there once the working rhythm is set. Please let me know:
– Your preferred software and plug-ins (V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, etc. if you already use them).
– A simple, transparent rate card—per room, per square foot or per render.
– How many revisions are included in that rate.
I’m after designers who charge reasonably; premium pricing isn’t a match for this role, but quality work and reliability will secure steady, long-term projects with us. Share a concise portfolio of residential interiors that shows both raw models and final renders so I can see your process as well as the finish.
