3Ds Max Interior Wall Model

I need a straightforward 3Ds Max file (.max) that contains nothing but a single, cleanly built interior wall. No lighting, cameras, materials, or renders—just the geometry.

Modeling notes
• Keep the pivot at floor level and reset transforms so I can drop the wall straight into other scenes.
• Name the object clearly and collapse any modifiers so the mesh is lightweight and error-free.

Deliverable
A single .max file that opens without issues in 3Ds Max 2020 (or newer). Once I load and inspect the file, the job is done.
