3ds Max House & Terrain

I need a fast, clean 3ds Max model of my personal house project. I will send you a full set of reference photos, architectural blueprints, and terrain contours so you can work accurately from day one.

Scope
• Exterior: model the entire façade, roof, windows, doors, and surrounding terrain exactly to plan.
• Interior: create a partial build-out—enough structure and key surfaces for believable camera angles, but not every room in full detail.
• Terrain: sculpt the site to match the provided elevations, including basic landscaping forms.

Deliverables
• One well-organized .max file (2022 or earlier) with layers, named objects, and clean geometry.
• V-Ray materials, lighting, and cameras set up for production-quality stills.
• Preview renders for initial feedback, followed by final high-res renders and the complete scene file.

Requirements
