I have a graduate-level architectural masterplan that I now need translated into a precise, well-structured 3D model. The entire site sits on an island ringed by water, and the design language is deliberately organic: curved building masses, fluid circulation routes, and shell-inspired over-water villas.

What matters most to me is how the pathways read in three dimensions. Their flow, connectivity, and subtle material shifts must be clear the moment the file opens, because they are the narrative spine of the project. Buildings are moderately complex—soft, sculpted forms rather than sharp boxes—and only one of them needs basic internal planning (walls, cores, floor plates). The villas float just above the waterline and share a seashell geometry that demands clean surface work and true symmetry.

I do not need any rendering or entourage; this brief is strictly about delivering a tidy, layered 3D file that I can drop into my own rendering pipeline. Rhino is preferred, but I will consider any software that handles free-form geometry flawlessly (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Archicad) so long as you can export a native .3dm or a lossless format such as .STEP or .OBJ with named layers intact.
