Magnetic Brooch 3D Design

Job ID: 40074619

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m preparing a small, modern-minimalistic brooch line that will be printed on a Bambu Lab 3D printer, and I need print-ready CAD files with the magnet seats already engineered in. The look should be clean and understated; think smooth, matte surfaces without decorative clutter.

The brooches will snap to clothing with two 10 mm round neodymium magnets hidden in the back. Please model the cavities so the magnets sit flush and can be glued in after printing. The parts must suit an FDM workflow on the Bambu Lab (standard 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height) and require no post-processing beyond light sanding to preserve the matte appearance.

Deliverables
• Print-ready STL and 3MF files, oriented for minimal supports
• STEP (or native CAD) for future tweaks
• A simple render or screenshot showing magnet placement and scale

I’ll test the first file on my printer and share feedback; once tolerances are dialed in, feel free to explore a few shape variations that stay within the same modern aesthetic. Let’s keep communication straightforward so we can get a reliable, great-looking magnetic brooch ready for production quickly.
