Luxury Residence 3D Animation

I’m preparing the launch campaign for an ultra-premium residential development and need a show-stopping 3D animated video to anchor our marketing and sales push. The animation has to immediately communicate exclusivity, colour, and lavish detail—think sweeping fly-throughs that linger on premium finishes, resort-style amenities, and the overall high-cost value of the project.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A full-length cinematic video (around 180 to 210seconds is ideal) rendered in 4K, ready for website, social, and showroom screens.
• Camera paths that highlight lobby grandeur, rooftop leisure areas, and inside-out transitions to showcase views and materials.
• Lively, colour-rich lighting and texturing that underscores the sense of luxury; subtle motion graphics or supers can reinforce pricing tiers or key features if you feel they add impact.
• Final delivery in MP4 (H.264) plus the raw project files for future edits.

I’m flexible on the software you prefer—Unreal Engine, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Cinema 4D, Blender with Cycles—so long as the finished product looks photoreal and polished enough for a high-end sales gallery. Audio, music, and basic sound design would be a welcome bonus.
