Luxury 3D Rendering for Apartment
Budget: $250 – $750 SGD
1. Project Overview
We require a complete set of high-resolution, photorealistic 3D renderings for a 112 square meter apartment to be used for renovation planning and visualization. The objective is to create a precise digital replica of the space, incorporating specific purchased items and proposed design changes, to finalize the renovation plan before physical work begins.
2. Scope of Work
The selected freelancer/studio will be responsible for:
Creating a detailed 3D model of the entire apartment based on provided floor plans, videos, and photo documentation.
Accurately integrating a provided list of purchased furniture, fixtures, and appliances (FF&E) into the model.
Incorporating specific design modifications and material selections (e.g., wall colors, flooring, lighting, built-in cabinetry, structural changes) as directed by the client.
Producing high-resolution, photorealistic renderings for each key area (e.g., living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom).
Delivering a final set of images in standard formats (e.g., .JPG, .PNG).
3. Client-Provided Assets
To ensure accuracy, the following will be provided:
Videos: A comprehensive walk-through video of the empty apartment.
Floor Plans: Existing architectural drawings (if available).
Item List: A detailed list with links, product codes, and specifications for all purchased items to be modeled (e.g., furniture, light fixtures, etc.).
Design Input: Clear directives on all client-specified modifications, finishes, and layouts.
4. Project Deliverables
A full set of minimum 8-10 high-resolution (min. 4K) photorealistic renderings covering all angles of the apartment.
One round of revisions based on initial client feedback.
5. Bidding Instructions
To ensure an efficient selection process, please provide a fixed, all-inclusive project quote in your response. Your bid should be a final amount and must include all costs for modeling, rendering, and integration of client-provided assets as outlined in the scope.
Please note: We are not accepting negotiated rates at this stage. Bids must be a final, exact amount to be considered.
