Low-Poly Modern Building Models

I am looking for a 3D artist to create realistic building models for a game project.

What I need:
Realistic architecture / building models
*Examples: fire stations, police stations, ambulance stations, workshops, garages, etc.*
Shouldn´t have too much Polys
Created in Blender or other types but they need to work in Blender

Details:
Exterior models are required
Interior modeling is optional, but a plus if you can create it
Realistic style
Clean topology suitable for use in a game environment (you could get a reference from me)

Price may vary depending on building size and complexity or if you build interior too
