Low-Poly 3D Middle East Travelers & Aviation crew models (8 nos)

I'm looking for a 3D artist to create 12 low-poly models of business travelers for an airport scene.

Requirements:
- 8 unique models
- Mixed attire: as described in attached Brief document
- Poses: walking with luggage, checking phones, interacting with airport staff, standing
- Super low poly (300-600 per model or person is ok)
- File format: OBJ, with PNG texturing

- Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in 3D modeling software
- Experience with low-poly models
- Understanding of human anatomy
- Ability to create varied and realistic poses


Notes:
- Avoid unnecessary details (fingers, facial expressions, wrinkles)
- Use clean topology, remove overlapping geometry
- Use single texture atlas for all modelled person
- PNG format with alpha channel for transparency (hair) if needed
- Bake shadows, highlights and clothing details into textures
- Ensure all models are UV unwrapped with no overlaps
- Only simple diffuse materials are needed (no PBR)
- Provide screenshot or render for visual reference
- You may be requested to perform minor adjustments after review
