Learning Center 3D Layout Design with 2d plan

I have a vacant apartment that needs to be re-imagined as a modern, sleek learning center for children aged 6–12. The floorplate must fit four fully functional classrooms, a meeting room, an administrative office, a compact kitchen, and a welcoming lunch area. Classroom functionality is the top priority, so circulation, sight-lines and acoustic separation have to be handled with care; aesthetic touches should never compromise practical teaching needs.

You will take the raw apartment dimensions I provide (dwg file) and turn them into:
• A space-planning layout in DWG, showing walls, doors, furniture and clear dimensions
• High-quality 3D renders (day and night views) that convey the clean, contemporary feel I’m after—think neutral palettes, smart storage, durable finishes and plenty of natural light

I’d like to see the first draft layout before we move on to materials and lighting, so please plan for one revision round at that stage. Final files must include the editable source (Dwg, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) plus print-ready PNG/JPG renders at 4K resolution.
