LOD 300 SketchUp Model from Point-Cloud

Job ID: 40204413

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

I have a fully registered point-cloud that captures two large sports halls plus forty ancillary rooms. I now need that scan translated into a clean, well-structured SketchUp model suitable for construction planning.

Scope and expectations
• Start directly from my point-cloud (LAS/RC file provided at kickoff).
• Model every space—both sports halls and all forty smaller rooms—at LOD 300, but push structural elements (columns, beams, slabs) to a higher level of fidelity so they read clearly for engineering coordination.
• Walls must carry their true thickness and each room must hold its surveyed floor-to-ceiling height; I will spot-check these dimensions against the cloud before sign-off.
• Organise the model by storeys and disciplined layers/tags so later consultants can toggle views effortlessly.
• Deliver a native .skp file. IFC or Archicad exports are a welcome bonus if you can supply them from the same geometry without loss.

Acceptance criteria
– Complete geometry for all listed spaces
– Wall thicknesses and room heights verifiable against the scan
– Clean, intuitive layer/tag structure following SketchUp best practice

I will supply reference drawings and remain available for quick clarifications as you work. When you apply, please include past work that demonstrates point-cloud to SketchUp modelling at comparable scale and detail; that portfolio sample is the main thing I will review before awarding.
