1:45 LEGO House Design

I’d like my single-family home—the model shown here: https://www.heinzvonheiden.de/haus/einfamilienhaus/das-unverbesserliche-s400—re-created as a buildable LEGO set at roughly 1:45 scale. Both exterior and interior are required, yet the interior only needs moderate detail: accurate walls and door openings are the priority, while furnishings can remain suggestive.

The colour palette should stay mainly white, black and red to echo the real façade.

Deliverables
• A fully realised digital model in stud.io, LEGO Digital Designer or similar, guaranteed physically buildable with currently available parts
• Step-by-step building instructions exported from the software
• A complete, clearly formatted parts list (BrickLink-ready) using the chosen colours
• A few high-quality renders or screenshots showing key views for easy reference

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and roof pitch match the reference house within a stud or two
• Window and door placement corresponds to the real layout
• Interior walls and doorways align correctly; no structural conflicts
• All parts exist in the specified colours and are purchasable today
